"Worst grooming experience ever! Shop is dirty and smelly. Dogs are kept in cages in the reception area not in view of the groomer. A 90 min appointment took 3 hours. After 3 hours, my dog looks worse that when she came in. Big tufts of hair in random spots were left un-cut. I was offered a refund if I brought my dog back so she could fix the mess. No thanks, lesson learned, hair grows back. I have no intention of bringing my dog back to this place."
