"I have taken my dog here many times and the last couple hair cuts look rushed and horrible. We asked for him to be shaved down which they did to his body but they left his head with long hair. Sadly, I will be looking for another groomer. Edit: They deflected and blamed my dog for being "Matted" which could not be further from the truth. Also never offered to correct their mistake (Horrible customer service). I wasted $70 for a hair cut I could have done myself. Used them for a long time but quality has been declining over the years. Will never be back."
