"I live 2 blocks away from the Lakewood location. I would have been a first time customer. My daughter and I called yesterday and spoke to a very nice and helpful young lady and set up an appointment for 9 am for a full spa treatment. When we arrived the lady asked for a name so we told her our dogs name since the appointment was for him. She looked at us confused and asked for a last name. Uhhh, he’s a dog. So I told her my name and my daughters. She proceeds to call the Boss. Told I was not on the schedule and they would not see us and we needed his records which I was told differently over the phone. The Worst customer service ever. If I could rate a zero I would!"
