"Jennae is a "trauma-informed groomer" which means she actually cares about your pup's experience in her shop. Imagine that! She quit the dog grooming industry to start LBN because she was tired of seeing dogs shoved in crates for hours and then run through rough grooming procedures in the name of saving time.
