"Ended up on a Saturday night with no room and rolled by this place. Stopped and they had a vacancy. Price was affordable, customer service was very casual and the room was a comfortable and clean place to rest. Thanks."

"Toilet didn’t work, dead bugs in the tub, shower didn’t work, no control for the AC, dirty, mold in the ceiling, window leaks, duct tape for weather stripping. Just gross!"

"Went to visit a friend and her sister who were blessed by the City of Fort Lupton/ Church of Fort Lupton by getting put up for a night instead of having to sleep outside some where. It was a blessing. Period. Facts tho: no ..NONE! NO HOT WATER! EVER!! well. That day and night and into next day none...so no one is available at night...not until 10 am ..which is odd to me but.... soy como soy!! A blessing !"

"The KC Motel is a no frills quiet affordable motel. The rooms are large, clean and the cable T. V. works great! The staff Bev , Bambie and Margret attend to your needs quickly and are really friendly and make you feel like they are truly happy you are there! I give this little gem 5 stars and would recommend it highly!"

"All I ask is for good Wi-Fi! I didn't care about the grasshoppers in the restroom or the very loud A/C. I don't mind the thin walls or the only 2 outlets that happen to be far away from the bed. The one thing I wanted was good Wi-Fi to watch my shows, but I guess I shouldn't have expected that from a motel. I only give this 2 stars because the lady told me to take up 2 parking spaces due to the fact that she said drunk and/or careless people squeeze in and door check you denting your vehicle."
