"Nasty is the only word to describe the female manager. All she had to do was authorize a return, and she couldn't do that without an attitude. The Under tone, sarcasm, and rudeness is completely unnecessary. If you tell her about her rudeness she yells get out I'm calling the police. She even walked up to me. I was thinking this girl has got to be crazy. She must want someone to assault her. She should be glad I am a none violentant person. She is going to walk up to the wrong person one day. After seeing how I was treated, my friend called her a racist Karen. I said why do you call her that? She said because, Karen's start trouble with people who are not of their race and then call the police to try to get them arrested. People have to video tape their returns at that store. I have witnessed both the short female manager and the tall female worker who acts like her side kick. They are both racist. Both work throughout the store stocking and going back and forth to the front end. However there is a white female lady that seems to stay at the register. She was nice and obviously uncomfortable with the unnecessary rudeness that was going on. She may have been new. The store is over packed with things. It's hard to get up the aisles with the cart. The front counter area also looks a mess. I could excuse the mess with the thought that they are under staff, but that level of provoking rudeness cannot be excused. Heed the warning, If you need to return something and you are not White take someone with you and video tape the return."

"White girl racist with anybody that walks in. My sister was accused of stealing once already when she had not taken anything and ended up waking out because of how she was treated. Now my mom went into return clothes with receipt she ended up not returning it because the system was showing it up for cheaper so she decided to keep her clothes but then was accused of stealing the clothes she did not want to return anymore and wanted to call the cops for trespassing. She then did not want to return the original receipt my mom had given them. Please just go to Safeway to get your items or drive to Brighton it’s not that far avoid the headache of this racist place. It’s sad they treat people this way in such as small community."

"Nice friendly cashier lady, and trust me as a parent I get it.....you don't have anyone to watch your kids so you had to bring them to work with you. But holy cow those kids were running all around the store all crazy, one kid just came out of nowhere around the corner and ran right into my daughter and almost knocked her down. I don't know, I wasn't super bothered about this, but google sends me pop ups to review a place I just visited and this one came up. I'm definitely not trying to be a Karen about this review, just honest."

"That new girl working in there just likes to accuse people of stealing. Nobody wants to go to jail over y’all’s cheap junk and off brand bs. I think she singled him out because she’s Racist from the way she was acting! Definitely won’t be back in this nasty establishment anymore."

"The store reminds me of a family store over seas. A little bit of this and a little bit of that. There were some items for walmart prices and some for really cheap. The customer service isn't the best."
