"A real blight with dingy smoke filled room cockroach’s and bed bugs. Never look at the crew in the eye it’s a curse. And avoid the gorilla and the gorillas handler. If you dare go you will know them when you see them never look at their feet or eyes. You will turn to stone. What a disgrace they really should demolish it’ as it is not safe in any way. A real disgusting experience all around ghetto in the worst way. Unsafe and dirty."

"We stayed here for almost three weeks. Helping and kind front desk n cleaning staff. Great location. Groceries like Sprouts are just 2mins around. A couple of restaurants closeby. There is library within 10mins walking distance. Rooms come with kitchen n they have laundry machine at the hotel. They have a small but well equipped gym. We didnt face any safety issues while walking around, in the area. Cons.. well the breakfast is going to be more or less the same every single day. We made our own breakfast most of the time. We stayed in 1311. The biggest downside of the room was the shower room. Hot water comes for like 4 mins or so. Its very difficult if you have kids who are sick with flu and need a warm shower. The service person just told us that the heating capacity is low and we just have to put up with it. Its frustrating to survive on a cold shower in Colorado weather especially for a kid. The kitchen was well equipped except for few worn out nonstick kitchenware. As mentioned in few other reviews, the rooms do show their age but they are quite well maintained and it was a pleasant stay except for the hot water."

"HORRIBLE on arrival!!! To start my original reservation was for the 2bd with loft, for $160 which was a really decent price yet when I arrive to check in I learn that the incidental charge is $250, so yes my fault for not calling to verify what that charge will be, but at every other hotel in Denver the most I've ever been charged is $100. So in order for me to not have to change hotels I down graded my room and the incidental was still $120. Next get in the room no shampoo, the TV was missing the HDMI cable for the TV, and the hot water was barely over room temperature. So to be continued after I contact the front desk about the complete disappointment in the hotel... Considering I had to pay 120 extra just to stay for one night..."

"The room had all of the space we needed for 5 adults. There were a couple things that could have been cleaner and some cosmetic things that could use some repair but overall it was a good experience. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed bedding in the room instead of having to walk to the office to get it but that is just another minor inconvenience."

"Trash service. Trash employees. I was charged a fraudulent 10 dollar parking fee above and beyond the after tax quoted price for the 2 nights I stayed there. Was never made aware of this disgusting, cheap, penny pinching, underhanded tactic of lying to customers and charging them for something as redundant and simple as parking. Would rather sleep on the street than stay here. I hope the rude "auditor" I spoke to on the phone that "so kindly" reversed the charge sees this...Staying here is essentially a scam. I pray they stay vacant. It's what they deserve. Was it worth the 1 star Mr Auditor?"
