"I got the worst order of Fajita beef nachos I've ever received from a Chuys. The meat and beans were completely dried out, like they were made hours before and sat under a heat lamp for hours. If they had served this to me in the restaurant I would have returned them. Unfortunately, I bought these for takeout and didn't learn how bad they were until I got home. I ate 3 of them and then gave up punishing myself. I've had too many good meals at Chuy's around the country to give up on them, but this meal was very disappointing. The takeout service was good though. The lady saw us drive up and asked our name, We were a little early so had to wait a short time, but she was friendly and efficient."
"I went with my wife to eat. It is our first time here. We were served chips and salsa and a side of ranch, something different. Yeah, it was really enjoyable for appetizer. We were also given a complementary queso, which was OK by itself. With the other dips it was yummy. I just had a sprite. My wife had a piña colada not alcoholic that was delicious. I ordered a steak burrito. The beans were overcooked. The rice had good texture. The steak was a little smoky, something different than I’m used to. My wife ordered the shrimp tacos. She hardly ate them. The staff was good from the host to our server. if you enjoy this post, leave it thumbs up and if you want to know, more places I review follow me."
"Not Denver Mexican food but good Mexican food nevertheless. Queso is great as are the chips. Great salsa too. Beans are excellent. As are the chicken flautas if you don’t mind fried. The standard margarita was very sour to my taste so I had to add a shot of triple sec."
"This was on the way home and my bride suggested we come in. About half of the tables were empty but there was still a 30 minute wait. Obviously VERY short staffed. Our waiter was trying very hard but was looking overworked. The food was okay overall. Nothing really special. They did have to remake my sons burrito 3 times. They did not add the chicken. No idea why it was difficult to get a chicken burrito but it was. Hope they are able to get their staffing sorted out. Might go back but not on the must do list.."
"Pretty nice establishment. Great refreshing lunch. Tea was just right, fresh brewed. Salsa was made with fresh ingredients and a mild heat. Chips were light and crispy. Taco salad- will order again. Daughter’s food was pretty good too. Service was great!"
