"Horrible experience. We drove 2 times from Montana, expecting stellar physicians. I was passed down to a resident who simply said that I should go into therapy and take part in their functional movement disorder clinic. The Physician overseeing her never spoke up although I do believe he was probably a very capable physician. My second appointment, after checking in I waited 1.5 hours in the small room with very little apology when the resident and the doctor finally came in the room. The appointment itself was worthless and I left in tears. 20 hours of driving, extreme frustration, and no answers. I did receive two checks in the mail with no additional information which I believe was my copay reimbursed due to poor services. So very disappointed in the facility that I had high hopes for."
"I love my two doctors, Dr. Seeberger and Dr. Kluger. The support people in the neurology department are pretty wonderful too, but scheduling is close to a disaster. It takes at least a month or more to get an appointment and twice they've called to cancel my appointment, only to offer a new one weeks later. A third time they called and asked me to voluntarily give up my appointment for someone else. Unfortunately, I don't see a solution other than finding another neurologist outside of the University of Colorado health system."
"I had an appointment with dr. Seeburger which took several months to get. One week prior to the appt. I received a call cancelling the appt. I called to reschedule, thinking they would do accommodations to fit me in since they cancelled. No, I could not get in for another 3 months. I said never mind, i’ll Find someone else. Obviously, not patient oriented"
"Literally the worst care I've ever received. Scheduling is almost impossible with how incompetent the staff are and even when I have managed to get something scheduled I've only waited less than an hour (once I was in the actual Dr.s office) one time and incidentally that was the only time I got adequate care!?!? Don't bother with this joke of a facility better off going to a walk in clinic"
"Leacing one star because I can't leave zero. The staff especially the scheduling staff and front desk people are completely incompetent. The office will not follow up or contact you. The communication to latience is pituful at best."
