I called after having an emergency and he lied to me about being the owner, yelled at me, would not let me speak, and hung up on me more than once. I would never stay here and support this establishment. I have never been more disappointed in a business operation in my life"

"This shady hotel took my reservation five days ago but failed to tell me that they close at 9pm. So when I showed up at midnight, in the middle of nowhere with no phone service and found this dump closed, I was not happy. Called and talked to them the next day and the guy couldn't have cared less. He should be pretty thankful I couldn't talk to him in person."
