"We had an electronic item stolen from us while staying there. It was definitely a staff member as we are able to track the item. Each day we watch the item go from a house to the resort. Unfortunately management told us there is nothing they can do even though we have shared to location of the item on the property and the address that is goes to every night. I would not suggest staying here or at least not taking anything of value with you. As far as the property, it is very dated. Our room had torn carpet, shredded curtains and it just smelled musty. The final turnoff was the high pressure marketing they call the "concierge". The lady would not let me out of the lobby without giving me her spiel. She even called my room at 8:50 at night. Overall the experience was awful and I cannot stress enough my recommendation to look elsewhere. UPDATE to their response - It is funny that that location of the item still shows it at the resort for about 8 hours then leaves then comes back the next day. 4 days in a row now. You clearly employ thieves and made no effort to make the situation right. At no time was I offered a chance to "opt out" of any marketing. Like I said, STAY AWAY and pick one of the many other beautiful and RESPONSIBLE resorts in Sedona."

"Great place to stay! Welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms are great and spacious. There is a spa, workout facility, and pool/jacuzzi. Many things are within walking distance, like the Tlaquepaque Art and Shopping Center. Within the resort, there are things to do, too, like a tennis court, park, and nature area. It also has great views!"

"We only stopped on our way across the country, but it was a nice place and very pretty. The rooms are dated but clean, and really that just matches the town. My only complaint is that immediately after check in, you do in fact get ushered over to the "concierge" desk, where a young (and I mean young-young. Like I'm 25 and these are children to me) salesperson talks non-stop at you about the town with no end in sight. Just. It doesn't end. The "welcome package" is just a pile of papers that feel like homework. I'm not gonna let it hurt the review of the actual place, just know that if you see a peppy kid in a blazer come at you, walk away politely."

"Excellent service. Very classy. Went there for an outdoor wedding in November which I would not recommend. 40° outside tell the bride to splurge and go inside one of their beautiful great rooms. Suites were all being upgraded. Staff was impeccable. The food was delicious. The location was great because we could go hike and be back in time for the wedding."

"All around nothing to complain about. Very enjoyable and relaxing place. 4 stars just due to the dated rooms and furniture inside them. I get it, its not a luxury resort but it easily could be updated. Very friendly environment with lots of activities. Nice mini golf course we enjoyed."
