"It took these guys over a month to install a new shower pan. When they finally did install it, it failed to work and leaked again. When asked to fix the mistake they came to run a 24 hr test on the pipes. This 24hr test took a week until their team showed back up. They have still yet to call me back about when they are going to come by and fix this issue."

"We had issues with the diverter in our shower/bath. Called Schubert’s at 12:40 pm. By 2:50 we had a new working diverter and access panel! That’s just over 2 hours folks! Everyone from reception to technicians was courteous, responsive and professional. I would say the price was a good value but I have nothing to compare it to so I will say it was reasonable. We hoped to have this fixed for guests arriving in a little more than a week. In what universe does this happen, starting with a cold call, in 2 hours?
