"Dog owners here, lots of hair and unfortunately not enough time for the monthly do it yourself. We googled mobile car detailing as we are in North County and did not want to drop off and pick up. Bill communicated quickly ( remember he is detailing vehicles not answering phones). We set a date and just like that he promptly showed, drive off and brought back a new car (to us that is).
