"Overall nice hotel. We have a handicap pass and a lot of hotels don’t require handicap cars to pay. Unfortunately they said they do. However on check in they said they’d waive it since it’s not on the app or website. Well, got the bill and they still charged us. Beware. They said one thing and did another."

Some don’t or it’s just a sliding door Bigger pantry variety USB plug ins beside the bed Cons • Tiny room! • Absolutely no ventilation, window doesn’t open, bathroom doesn’t have a fan and the ac doesn’t have a fan. We were either freezing or sweating because the ac doesn’t regulate properly • No microwave, have to use the one in the lobby • Mandatory $11 parking (can’t park across the street) • This hotel has the most taxes I have EVER seen. I was taxed 8 different times!! So take into account that you’ll probably be paying around $50 in taxes • The bathroom amenities were not either sex friendly, definitely for guys and honestly the hotel gave a vibe more for guys. Over all it was a nice stay, just felt gouged when I got the bill to see it was $100 more than when I booked it."

"The clerk Gabaner was awesome. Greeted with a smile we felt instantly welcomed. The rooms were awesome. We did switch rooms because it was super windy on the side of the hotel where our first room was. The wind howled through so we asked for a change. Gabaner accommodated us with one call, he even brought a new key up to us. The hotel was super clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location when you’re in the area."

"I typically stay at Marriott hotels but we decided to give Tru by Hilton a chance. It was absolutely fantastic, the entire stay was perfect. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, breakfast was nice and free. We especially loved the pancake maker. It was surprisingly quiet in our room, a very well insolated hotel. Richmond and Emilie helped us at the front desk and they could not have been more kind and informative. They were both spectacular employees. I highly recommend this hotel."
