"I took my dog there for the first time and I believe the experience for my dog went well. However, I was a bit surprised by the customer service interaction I had while dropping off my dog. Being my first time boarding my dog, I wasn’t completely sure what the process would be. The handlers took my dog before I was able to say goodbye to her, and they also didn’t verify any information about pickup, like time and date. While it seems they love dogs there and take good care of them, they are lacking in customer service. If I decide to take my dog back to board there, I hope all information about my dog’s stay will be communicated to me."

"Absolutely love Jasper’s. We have boarded our dogs twice with Jasper’s. Each time our dogs have come back happy. Communication about our dogs is great. They are organized and obviously care about the animals they care for. Great online booking system. Neat additional add on services available. Verified that all pets are healthy and up to date with vaccinations. I highly recommend Jasper’s"

"Our 7-month old golden retriever (Odin) broke his back and after a surgery that included 9 pins, bone clay, and 3 vertebrae fused he was on kennel restriction and heavy meds to keep him calm for 1 month. Once he cleared this first hurdle we were able to get his staples out and he was on house arrest, but still heavily medicated to keep calm as he was still healing. We started taking him to Jasper’s for swim therapy to get him back in shape since he’d lost so much muscle and weight being down for so long. They took amazing care of him and treated him like his own. He went from a 4-minute swim to now a full 35. The best part? They were able to help us get him off those nasty meds with their CBD treats that help keep him calm naturally, no more chemicals that were wrecking his stomach and made him not want to eat. He’s put on weight, he’s eating again, and he’s fully active, just like a proper (now) 10-month old pup. He recently had his 2 month checkup with the surgeon and they were amazed at how well he has done and how far he’s come. We were strict with him for his own safety, but I know it’s also because of the care he received from his Jasper’s family that has helped him get back to being a puppy. And we thank them so much for all they have done for us and Odin."

"Jasper’s is a good place to take your dog. We have taken Kendall for a day here and there. We have also left her for about two weeks and they have taken good care of her. She likes it there and they love her. When we get the chance we will keep taking her there when needed."

"Jasper's always takes great care of our dog, Blue. We started using Jasper's for training for Blue which was great. We continue to take Blue there for great care when we leave town and can't take him with us. Here he is happy and healthy when we picked him up after his last visit!"
