"If I could give this place no stars and a negative I would I had an appointment at 3:30 I needed to get there at 3:00 to do paperwork but I went to the wrong building I had the wrong address written down I called Said im on way .I went in and spoke to receptionist and she said that I couldn't have my full appointment I said well I'm here by 3:30 she said well you needed to be here by 3:00 for your paperwork and I said but I have it scheduled at 3:30 so they should still be able to see me? they had called me five times previous trying to change the appointment saying they had 2 cancellations. But I work on this day and I don't get off till 2:30 there was three of them behind the counter being very rude to me and I said my appointment is at 3:30 I don't understand I was scheduled for the whole hour 1st appt.The young man that was behind them besides the two ladies was so rude to me!! He said you need to leave and you need to leave now!! Just like that! I have never had a doctor's office treat me like that I would never suggest this place to anyone for that kind of behavior from the staff I did not even get to meet the doctor so I don't know if he's good or not because they were sobeyond hateful and rude there.! I am in extreme pain from back fusion and Isteo Arthritis..and I really needed a good pain doctor he had good reviews and this is why I went to this place but I have never in my life and as an adult been treated so rudely by staff.. All they had to say was do you want to reschedule??. I am so beyond hurt to be treated so awful in an office that is supposed to be professional ?? I hope they have a camera so that they can review how they treated me Im wondering if it's because I'm Hispanic and if they're discriminatory in this practice that makes me just wonder??and its is a shame that people treat a potential patient this way?? Especially in the time and place we are here and what's going on in America it makes me wonder?? Why human beings can't have more empathy and that young man was beyond rude to me and hurtful in his behavior towards me and the way he talked to me..To tell me you just !!You need to leave you just need to leave Now... I cannot believe a medical Practice is Allowed to act this way Unbelievable........"

"Everyone was extremely kind and courteous. The medical staff and doctor were efficient and very attentive. Only suggestion I have is to let patients know when it is not necessary to arrive 30 minutes before appointment. I waited 45 minutes."
