"Go to literally any other Banfield for assistance. The worst office management I’ve experienced and have had great experience with other Banfields. Told me my dog needed a possibly cancerous mass removed, talked to the doctor and then got tossed around by 6 different people to get scheduled for over a week. No notes in the system so every time I called I would have to explain the situation. Every phone call was told someone would call me back within an hour to schedule surgery and for A WEEK I had to call back everyday to repeat myself and reschedule. When I asked to speak with office manager MULITPLE TIMES I Wwas told he doesn’t talk to customers and “realistically I wouldn’t get a call back” I am at a loss of how to get my dog surgery and can’t even transfer him to a new Banfield because they have no updated notes in the system. Office manager won’t even give his name. Unreal. If I hadn’t have bought a wellness plan I would schedule my dog literally anywhere else."

"most unprofessional office i have ever been too. cancel same day surgery for not having doctors. then to push my dog out a month. then we get to our new surgery day arrive super early drop off 7, for my dog to sit until 4pm not being let out to go potty (how do i know, at pick they informed us we would have to clean her blanket it has poop on it), mind you she has not eaten either all day or had her meds due to she is supposed to be in surgery…for the tech to call me at 4pm and tell me they were so busy they could not get to her. i shared with them this is months of rescheduling same day now my dog has sat there all day scared and hungry. they don’t care they are never apologetic you are always helpless to their horrible culture, leadership, lack of empathy in their care and horrible business model. i am done going here let alone any banfield they are a scam and it’s disgusting to be scammed let alone in any healthcare of humans or animals. get it together this office really needs to get to the bottom of their continued turnover and clearly a leadership at the top issue."

"This place is a scam. Horrible customer service, cutting corners for costs at all times. Does not cover emergency costs. Cancelled my dog's spay without telling me. I cancelled my plan and then had to retroactively pay for all of their overpriced services. If you want good care for your pets, please don't bring them here."

"Checking in needs to be improved. This has always been a problem at this location. I love the vets here and they always treat my dogs with kindness. If you have care credit get ready for a wait. I once waited 45 minutes for it to go through and recently they had to write my care credit number down. They called me back to verify my driver's license info. Yeah that wasn't the best experience. Also it's hard getting an appointment especially when you have more than one pet. They force you to use an app but it times you out. By the time you get in, all the slots are gone. Basically it's a mixed bag. Good vets, front desk not so great, care credit situation sucks, taking care of your pet excellent. Having an appointment helps just don't get there ten minutes early. There's a lot of turn over so I've had good and bad experiences here. It just depends who's on staff to be quite honest."
