"Front desk staff is RUDE and INCOMPETENT. Lied by stating that they were the only vet clinic with walk-ins in the ENTIRE state, and gave attitude about me being there for over 4 hours. Take your pets somewhere else to be seen because this place sucks"

"Never will I trust this place or come here ever again! Trying to prevent others from experiencing the heartbreak our family did. The veterinarian that assisted us not only lied about the care of our dog if we surrendered but come to find out they destroyed our dog as soon as we walked out. If this happened we would’ve liked to have the body for cremation and to create a memorial as we have done with our other dogs. This was voiced as being super important to us when we first walked in. We were assured adoption services were guaranteed. Lies lies all lies! Was overcharged for putting down vs an office visit since we ended up surrendering instead. No notation for refund from the office manager prevented that. Don’t go here unless you are ok with poor service."
