"We recently had to say good bye to Abbey, our companion of 15 plus years. We can't say enough about the care and compassion Dr. Cody and his team showed to Abbey and us. Abbey was a patient since we moved to Denver over three years ago, she loved the staff. They treated her with genuine kindness. We strongly recommend Littleton Veterinary Clinic."
"Worst clinic obviously somethings changed here. They overbooked me. The manager of this facility was not able to even apologize and say I’m sorry this happened to you. I would not recommend this clinic to no one. They obviously do not care about your animals. It’s about making money I asked for the vet to call me back. No return phone call, this is unbelievable called for an appointment. Didn’t need it today but they said come in today. Waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot after they told me it would be 10 minutes to get my dog a shot they tried to give my dog a shot in the parking lot. Is that unbelievable been there before after spending thousands of dollars there never again would not ever recommend this to no one. Vision and values not true to what you say you’re gonna do . the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had your pets are your life you would expect someone to understand that I’d choose someone else I promise."
"We love Littleton Veterinary Clinic!! Our dog Betty loves the staff and looks forward to going to the vet. They are really friendly and always help us to the best of their ability. They really care about us and our dog."
"I have been a client of Littleton Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. When it was Dr. Hix's practice I received good no-nonsense care at a reasonable price. Since Dr. Mary Sayre took over however, the quality of care towards patients and their owners has declined. Their phone system is a disaster and you can call multiple times before the call connects to the receptionist. And you are ALWAYS put on hold. If you leave a message for the vet you get no return phone call, very concerning when you bring a pet home from surgery and have some questions. Lastly, their prices have gone up so much I can no longer afford to bring my pets here. For example, my cat had 4 teeth extracted in Nov 2020 and it cost $995. Same kitty had 3 more teeth extracted August 2023 and the bill was $2,355. Poor kitty but poor me too! After receiving the bill I asked how the rates could have increased 150% and was told it was inflation. Going on these numbers as an example - a $10 burrito in 2020 would now cost $23.55. When I called to speak to Dr. Sayre about the increase and left repeated messages I received no response. I am now going to low cost clinics for my pets health care. Unfortunately, my loyalty to this practice has run its course."
"Very appreciative of my dog's visit we had today. My dog needed to get in, he has never been seen at this vet before but they were able to let me drop him off and be seen in between apts. I called probably 8 different places and no one even attempted to get my dog in, including the vet he has been seeing, except this place. They did not gauge me on prices which has been a common occurrence out here with vets. They explained everything in detail to me and were very thorough and friendly. I came back to pick him up and instead of him waiting in a kennel they had him in the front with the receptionist. That impressed me the most because I know he was terrified of being in a kennel in a foreign place. Leaving my current vet and using Littleton Vet Clinic from now on."
