But, I paid the money for the photos and was told they would send a link to view and download them online, and they never did. This was supposed to be for a Christmas present thing, and now it looks like that's not going to happen. Bah hum bug..."

"DONT EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO 4 PAWS Animal Clinic in Lakewood COLORADO! DONT GO HERE!!!! Here is why………… I ignored a ton because they were close and reasonably priced but If you want to be treated as a subpar human being then this is your place! They treat you like trash. I had been a loyal patron of Dr.Landin for over 15 years until her daughter let my dog suffer until his literal last breath! She knew he couldn't breathe and took her time getting to us !! Ourr appointment was at 5 and she didn’t even come into the exam room until 5:40!!!! She then had the nerve to say to me and my 14 year old daughter "at least you got the extra time with him"! Oh did I mention they still had the nerve to bill me $385 for euthanasia when my poor dog had died before her daughter even came into the room. He literally had not been breathing in my arms for more than 5 minutes! 3 of my other friends have had bad experiences with her daughters horrible bedside manner. They have switched vets as well. They don't return phone calls at their front desk and frankly the front desk is one of the most unprofessional that I have ever dealt with. Dr. Landin finally got back to me after almost 2 weeks and the death of my dog for over a week. She clearly hadn't heard the WHOLE TRUTH and frankly wasn't interested period. We ended up paying the bill so they would release our dog's ashes. Not a trustworthy place anymore period. Sad to see what used to be an alright veterinarian clinic turn into what it has. Her daughter will eventually run it into the ground. Needless to say we will not be taking our other puppy and cat to them. Anyone that I can warn about this place I will as I feel so cheated and devastated about how they treated Gino. I don't want anyone else to have my experience or go through unnecessary headache. Pay a little extra money and get your pet treated humanely and frankly yourself."
