"What a nightmare. The quality of photos is horrendous and I’ve gone in circles with this company (specifically “Ari”, one of the rudest/mumbliest people I’ve ever had to deal with, but she’s the only one who answers the phone) for weeks now. I can’t see the group photo, so I’m told to wait and order them once the individual photos of my daughter are available and I can order them altogether. I was originally told by Ari that my daughter would come home with a code when her individual photos become available “in a week”. I said that’s impossible because in a week she’ll be on spring break. Wow. To which I’m told to just keep calling back so I can talk to the delightful “Ari” again to get my daughter’s photos ordered. Today, she told me I didn’t understand and became confrontational. I asked to speak to someone else, but she did not oblige so I had to continue working with her to get these photos of my daughter ordered. I just want the photos! Who holds kindergartener’s photos like this and won’t let the parents access, view, or order them without going down this nightmare of a rabbit hole. How does this company even have time for this? Our school says they don’t plan on using them again because they’re so horrible, and I really hope that’s true. I would give you 0 stars, if I could."

"If I could I’d give no stars. My child’s school insists on working with this company and it’s so frustrating! Last year they took forever to send photos in the mail and had to be reminded twice about the digital copy that was purchased. What pissed me off the most is that by the time I finally got my prints in the mail they had been folded and were ruined. People were so rude when I called and the wait to actually talk to someone was ridiculous because we played phone tag for a few days. This year same issue, rude responses and no real answers. As a parent this is frustrating and as a photographer I’m saddened by the quality of photographs."

"A toddler could take better pictures. Poor quality, poor equipment (they use a small cheap ring light so go figure). Never received a link for digital download that we paid for. Just terrible. Don’t book with these people unless you like poor quality"

"This company took our son’s school pictures last year in which we ordered the digital download and never got the email with a download link-I had to call the company and ask for it and it still took days after this request to get it. YET AGAIN, we ordered a digital download for my son’s school picture (this fall) and never heard a word from anybody. When I called them, they said the file never got uploaded and that they would have to get back to me. Two times in row this company never delivered the product I purchased until I called them to ask for it."

"Had my kids school pictures taken this year. Pretty disappointed to say the least. Poor quality and they had them pose with props which were not a part of the paperwork to select. It has always been one pose/head shot. I paid for the full package and was really looking forward to giving them out to family and friends. They also always have them available for pick up at the school but they were mailed this time and rolled up and jammed in my mailbox. Needless to say, save your money on your kids school pictures and get them taken somewhere else that you can select and look through for the perfect print."
