Each and every actor in "Jukebox for Algonquin" rendered characters that were real, tragic and funny. They are pieces of the playwriter's puzzle of retirement home residents who lead us to the overarching theme. The theatre design itself is given a lot of thought and love. It's beautiful. The volunteers make the theatre-goers feel like VIP's"
"This was a great venue! It was large enough to accommodate a good-sized crowd and still seem cozy. Attendants help find your seat, and bar amenities were a bonus. Lighting and sound systems were spot on. Not to mention the play was fantastic!"
"Same welcoming vibe, more breathing room inside. The new location at 1100 Miners Alley feels more like home every day. Make sure you visit sooner than later so you can see it grow in its homage to the first space on Washington St as well as to Meyers Hardware, which was the original business in the building. Did I mention the shows are TOP NOTCH too? And how close you get to be to the show at the price points offered? Fantastic."
