"Doctor Levi Hilton is an idiot and does not listen to his patients. I bet he cheated his way through college. I came in with a friend and kept quiet about my expertise. They treated a GP patient like a junkie who tested negative for everything except legit medical conditions. I witnessed his malpractice. If you get this failure of a doctor, request someone else, or you can at least get paid because honestly, he shouldn't have a license. Texas must have kicked him out. Look at this picture, only Tylenol, I bet he pill mills his buddies."

"So they must be doing work on their ER, but honestly love it. Walked in they had me already in the Centura system, checked me in and took me upstairs via elevator and was directly put in a private room. Super appreciated because I came from the water park across the street and was in a swimsuit and cover up and towel for blanket. They immediately dispersed pain management for my broken wrist. They brought the portable xray machine to the room. I was in and out amazing! The staff was personable and attentive."

"I returned to this ER and saw Dr. Hilton. My pulse ox continued to drop below 90 and the nurse instructed me to stop holding my breath. Seriously? The medical field continues to disappoint and makes me feel they would rather we die than receive proper treatment. No longer recommend this facility."

"This place is horrible go to Memorial I agree with the other reviews on here Dr. Mason is not good. He prescribed me a medication I’m allergic to, and refused to give me a different medication. Bret A and Dr. Mason are rude. This hospital seems like medical tragedies will happen here. I told them my allergies when i came in. They failed to enter them in the computer and proceeded to prescribe me medication im allergic to. Then got insulted when I asked for an alternative med that im not allergic to. Dr. Mason then raciestly compared my condition to people in Africa who can’t receive treatment. This place has pretty terrible doctors for such an expensive hospital."

""Well, it's not anaphylaxis, just a rash." -ER Nurse "My throat feels like it's closing." -Me "Well, good thing is it's just a rash." -ER Nurse "It's probably not the new drug you took minutes before you blew up in hives. It's probably your laundry detergent." ER Doctor I've been triaged for allergic reactions more times than I can count. The standard of care here falls way short and is going to get someone killed. Not a single person here has actually assessed my airway or looked at my swollen tongue, despite my telling every one of them that my throat is closing. The delay in getting any drugs on board is inexcusable. Truly terrifying, substandard care."
