"Had to go to the ER for a corneal abrasion. Arrived at 4 pm and was taken back at 415 only to be forgotten about until 730 pm. The PA looked in my eye said it would be fine thus prescribing me eye drops. Waited an additional hour for drops and was finally discharged at 830. 4 and a half hours in the ER for eye drops."

"Beautiful, posh facility. The service and organization reflects the high standard too. Someone in our family had a colonoscopy procedure and this place wheeled out our patient; very nice and helpful. Christmas decor is lovely and unique with a life size Manger Scene! Interior is spotless and squeaky clean. You’re in good hands here but remember, give health care workers and cafeteria employees some grace!"

"Advent Health Parker, Colorado 9395 Crown Crest Blvd, Parker, CO 80138 Advent Health can be a little confusing so I recommend getting clarification ahead of time on both the address and the name of the building one is to go to. I was not the patient so I cannot speak to what it is like being a patient there. Being directed and redirected and directed again to different buildings took around 30 minutes to find the correct location. There is the Alpine building, Peak building, Sierra building, and Emergency ER entrance. For patients, those transporting patients, friends, family, and caregivers they have a patient services that will help one know where patients are in the process (in facility, preparing for procedure, procedure in progress, recovering, preparing for home, extended recovery, discharged from recovery, in operating room, etc.). They have multiple seating areas including some with fire places for ambient light and fish tanks to help break up spaces that would otherwise be overwhelming and noisy. The volunteers were nice and very helpful. I am thankful they were there."
