"3/21/24-The signage to the bathrooms point you in wrong directions and ways to the restroom ate not clear. Many people with medical issues need quick access to restrooms. My mother ended up having an asthma attack trying to find a restroom because their sign pointed right instead of left. Then they only have one stall for each gender. Not only horrible customer service but horrible human service. I'd give them negative 5 stars if I could."

"My experience at the ER was concerning. Despite presenting with shortness of breath and chest pain, the focus seemed to be more on discharging me quickly than providing adequate care. Upon arrival, my oxygen measurement was low, but it was never rechecked, and I later discovered that the initial measurements were falsified in records. After being discharged, I lost consciousness at home and was rushed to UCHealth with critically low oxygen levels. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and acute heart failure, conditions that could have been prevented with proper oxygen therapy."

"My wife had knee replacement surgery December 27, 2023. She had about 8 square inches of skin ripped off during post operative care and was not informed until the surgeon removed bandages two weeks later. It has definitely added weeks to her recovery due to the severe pain and extra healing required to grow new skin. The Chief Medical Officer was informed and had complete reviews with all care levels in the hospital. I believe that procedures and protocols have been revised and implemented that will significantly improve successful surgical outcomes at Centennial Hospital for future patients."

"I was seen in the emergency department. Every person I spoke with was professional, as well as friendly and caring. Two doctors were in charge of my situation. They explained everything before, during and at discharge. I am especially grateful to my nurse, Steve, though. I was very scared, but his fun, reassuring demeanor helped me calm down. "I went to the emergency room on Saturday morning around 9:30. It was blessedly empty, so I went back immediately. The nurses, the doctor, and the CT guys were incredibly kind, compassionate and prompt getting me out of pain, and figuring why I was so ill. They were very thorough, but didn't do lots of unnecessary tests. I can't say enough about their professionalism and compassion."
