"The rehab staff at Vibra is absolutely amazing! Cassi and Juan are incredible people who really know what they are doing. They have a great sense of when to push and ask a for a little more as well as when to back off and let me go at my own pace. The amount of empathy they have for their patients is endless. I know I wouldn't of made the progress I have if it wasn't for them giving me the support and confidence to go from being bedridden to getting in my wheelchair on my own and now, I'm standing up and taking steps! They are highly creative in their approach to therapy, keeping it fun and interesting. I really appreciate that because therapy can be painful and monotonous, that has not been the case with them. Beyond Cassi and Juan, who I work with daily, I also get Brandon who has been so positive and helpful from day one. He has been there with advice, observations, and a lot of cheers for everything I have accomplished. Then there is Tony, the head of the therapy department, he is incredibly supportive of his staff and always has time to check in to see how my therapy is going. I can't imagine a better place for me to be doing my rehab! This staff isn't just collecting checks, they feel deeply about the people in their care, give amazing support, and they know how to get the most out of of me and my rehab. I can't thank Cassi, Juan and all the therapy people enough. You have me on my way to getting my life back!"
"I've been here at vibra for about nine months.when I first a here I was pretty messed up,I couldn't move my arms,or legs and it goes with out say very depressed,I fractured my neck.but in five to six months started to get better, the physical therapy team, which I highly recommend worked with me every day to get me stronger, especially my therapist Alan, cast and others with positive attitude"
"My grandmother was in the care of Vibra for about 4 -5 months, just to find out sept - Nov on the North side they weren't doing suctioning and other things they should've been doing to tend to her With her health. Then she got transferred to the rehab side in Dec 2023 she was sent home the 29th where they gave me literally A WEEKS worth of training , suctioning a tracheostomy , changing of dressings for tracheostomy Ect. My grandfather and I would be there for HOURS A DAY and we'd see nurses once maybe twice if we were lucky, ( only good nurse on the north entrance side was a Hispanic lady named Ana she was amazing and so sweet.) and it wasn't til she was transferred to the rehab side that I was aware of all the things she needed done daily but weren't done on the north side ( suction, cleaning of trach). But I also only got very MINIMAL training for a trach. So they put my grandma home on hospice she came home Dec 29th and passed away on Dec 31. 2023 one day after she got to come home. Also case managers are pretty much useless they DO NOT call with updates you have to call their line that they NEVER answer and play phone tag to find out information on your loved one. This was by far THE MOST TRAUMATIZING experience I’ve had and I really do blame Vibra for letting my grandma lay in bed most hours of the day and not moving her and attending her like they should’ve and communicating like professionals which they did not do. Do not let your loved ones under care of a facility so uncaring and brutal save yourselves a heartbreak I sure wished I was more experienced to help my grandmother out than these people were capable of. Reading all of the bad reviews on here I don’t know how or why this facility hasn’t been shut down. I guess it’s easier to let people suffer then do your job. I hope no one ever again has to endure what my family and I have bc of this careless useless facility."
"I worked for Vibra Hospital 8 years. Was asked to resign due to attendance. Put my heart and soul into this company. So sorry I have family issues. My husband had a bleed (stroke) he was not able to return to work for the past year. I am the soul provider. My daughter delivered my grandchild this week amoung multiple other family issues that were legitimate. Would have liked someone to reach out instead of being asked to resign prior to the holidays. Thank you Vibra!"
"My name is Aracely and my son came here for his rehabilitation after an accident they helped him get back on his feet. The entire staff is amazing from the doctors, the nurses and the therapy team, they are very empathetic and really listen to the needs of every patient. I want to recognize Kat and Brenda for always providing all my sons needs! Thank you so much to all!"
