"If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. Not only did he give me a VERY reasonable price, but he got grease stains out of our office carpet that Stanley Steamer said they would not be able to get out. He also fixed a floor that was beyond help and make it look not only presentable again but almost like new. If you are looking to truly clean your carpets and get them CLEAN. Call this guy, don't rely on some national chain that will "do their best" and then charge you more than Bill does and it still ins't clean. Bill is a miracle worker with stains. So if you are to the point where you are looking at replacing flooring due to how it looks, call this man first. He will be honest with you and upfront if he thinks he can or can't get it clean. I have used him twice now and each time he is professional and does an excellent job. I will be contacting him again for another job as well I have coming up."

"I truly believe I am the best carpet cleaner in town. I know of no other carper cleaning service provider that combines safe, effective, eco-friendly (green) cleaners, with a multi step cleaning process that out performs all other service providers. It starts with pre-sprayings the entire carpet with the cleaning solution not just the traffic area, then thoroughly scrubbing the whole carpet with a rotary floor machine for deep aggressive agitation and then rinse extracts every carpet cleaning job with clean fresh water to remove not just the dirt but also the cleaning solution that would otherwise remain and accelerate re-soiling or expose children and pets to toxic chemicals.
