"They did not do the cleaning promised I annotated when they arrived and when they left I was charged more due to the cleaners sitting in the car 30 min after they finished. Charged $646 and my house is not clean, I had to go around and spot clean all areas missed and more to do. I was offered for the same individuals to come out with a " babysitter to ensure it gets done. NO! they are adults and should prior to coming know what's expected. It's inconvenient for me to point out all areas not touched, while we work from home. Will not use them again and do NOT recommend"

"The cleaners are very nice but awful. Not thorough whatsoever. Hired for a clean and added fridge and oven. They missed SO many things. They left a huge spill in the fridge. Didn't clean the outside of the toilets. Amongst other things. I called the next day for a partial refund and was told they don't give refunds, they only send cleaners back out. They sent the same cleaners, and it was really awkward and basically had to hover over them to clean things properly. At one point I was told they probably didn't Clean the blinds the day before because they were too short.. even though they brought a ladder and were being paid to clean. I would give 1 star but they fixed the mistake so they get two, but honestly I would avoid this company. Pictures are AFTER the first cleaning"
