"We had 4 fireplaces and chimneys inspected for $1076 on 1/25/24. The inspection report has all 4 inspections jumbled together and you can not tell which fireplace/chimney needs what done. I have called numerous times and sent emails to try to understand further details to get them separated out. I have been told the technicians will reach out and they haven't. I have asked for a quote on the repairs that need to be done and and Midtown has not responded. It has been 2.5 weeks and I am getting nowhere. This is very frustrating. Midtown is very disorganized they are delaying our remodel project. We DO NOT recommend using Midtown Chimney Sweeps."
