"This establishment does a great job with all clothing. They quickly find your clothes and have a high speed sorting system that allows them to locate your clothing and get you out the door quickly when your clothing is ready."
"Don't count on this place. My husband needed to pick up his suit first thing in the morning and head straight to the airport. There was no one on site at their open time other than the sweet staff in the back. The manager finally showed up 10 minutes late to officially open. He didn't say "hello" or "good morning," much less apologize. It then look him 10 more minutes to start everything up and get my husband's suit -- making my husband 20 minutes late for his flight. Then the manager (who still didn't offer a kind word) wanted full price. We'll go someplace else next time."
"The staff is why I come back. The manager is so friendly and she always has a smile on her face. They do great work too."
"They ruined my sport coat and claimed it was for treating a non-existent stain. How is it they were treating a stain that was on several spots on the front AND back they never noticed when dropped off? They probably claim this for every garment they ruin as a means of avoiding responsibility. It's been three months that they have had the coat claiming to be re-treating it to fix discoloration they caused and I have not heard anything from them, not even an offer to reimburse for the cleaning. A shame I can't go lower than one star in the rating. Update (5-30-23) - Still no word from them. I suspect they have thrown the garment out."
"I had a pretty terrible experience here having a designer wedding gown cleaned. The main problem was hanging the heavy gown and even more so how the problem was handled. At the time I dropped off the dress, the staff member told me they didn't need the hanging hooks with foam pieces to hang and protect the gown. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. I threw away the hooks, foam, and cardboard trusting her experience. Later I was told they were unable to hang it. I didn't want to pick up a gown that couldn't be hung. I shared pictures of the original hanging supplies and how it was done by the bridal shop hoping to problem solve together. (attached here) The cost of these hooks online is ~ $14.99 for something like 100-300. After speaking with and emailing with the owner, he refused to purchase these hooks to appropriately hang the dress and refused to discount the cost of cleaning by $14.99 for me to purchase them. I was told that this was "the first time this has happened". Basically, even though I was told they didn't need the hanging supplies, that it was now my problem that the dress could not be hung. The staff member then sent me photos of the dress hanging by several clips and safety pins to a very small fabric hook at the top of the bodice of the dress. I clearly stated this was not acceptable for 2 reasons 1) it puckers the fabric and pulls on the dress where it is not meant to be pulled 2) such a small piece of material is very likely to rip under the weight of the dress. With the goal being to sell the gown, I did not want any damage to the fabric even if on the inside. I communicated I wanted to continue to work toward another solution. Several weeks later and back and forth with the owner and I was told that the dress was hanging and ready. When I went to pick up the dress, it was hanging in the exact manner that I said was not ok and caused a high risk of damage to the dress. At this point, I just wanted the weight off those small hooks and to take the dress home before it could be damaged. Unfortunately, a small hook on the back that was supposed to be repaired was not, so I had to make another trip to pick it up. I lost count of how many trips I made to the shop all together in the last 5 months. When I finally picked up the dress, 3 out of 4 main hooks on one side were not even contacting the dress and nearly all the weight was supported by safety pins on 2 small loops inside the top bodice of the dress that is not designed to support the weight of the down (pic attached). The end result is I will have to purchase the hooks myself and continue to work with it to get it to hang appropriately and professionally. And there was zero discount for the huge frustration and now having a dress that doesn't hang without a high risk of damage to the $5,000 designer wedding gown. The whole experience could have easily been made right by the owner purchasing the same clips the bridal shop used for $14.99, I was even going to supply the foam, or by discounting the cost of the cleaning by $15+shipping for me to purchase them myself. $15 sure seems like a very small price to pay compared to the cost of $300+ to have the gown cleaned. I understand "first time" experiences happen to everyone and trust businesses I work with to make things right as best they can when something "first time" happens like this. Unfortunately, it was not made right in this case. The bright spots: they did an excellent job removing the stains. Ashley was very kind and did a great job communicating with me and was very responsive throughout the process."
