"I was supposed to use this business!! The day (Tuesday) I submitted a quote they immediately responded through Thumbtack agreeing to today, Saturday at 6pm. They didn’t show didn’t respond to texts or call. VERY disappointed. IF you couldn’t make it the least you could do is call."

"Do not hire ER Cleaning and Moving LLC for ANY of your cleaning needs. I hired this company to help with our move out clean. Veronica and the other 2 cleaning ladies were very friendly, but that’s about all they have going for them. After 3 hours and 3 people supposedly cleaning, the house was “cleaner”, but not “move-out clean” as we agreed to. We asked for a refund and was told they “already gave their cleaners the money and cannot return it”. They specifically include in their company’s description that if a customer is not satisfied they will get their money back. We spoke to Mike, the owner, who offered to come back to the house and finish the job, but we denied because if they couldn’t do it right the first time we couldn’t trust them to do it right the second time. Mike proceeded to be inappropriate and scream at us over the phone calling us “scammers”, using profanity, threatening to call the cops, and promptly hung up. He refused to give us our money back despite their policy. We have 18 photos showing they didn’t clean the home but apparently that’s not enough proof. Who’s the real scammer here?"
