"I initially had Patrick out to replace padding and stretch, reattach, and clean an area of our lower level carpeting after a water loss. Upon arrival and inspection of the damage, he discovered the repair could not be completed due to the carpet had delaminated because of the water loss and walked us through the steps of what we would need to do to successfully obtain replacement carpeting. He said once we had the carpet, he would come back and seam the necessary piece into place in addition to the originally scheduled work.
