"Had a family member drop off 3 suites to be cleaned. Cleaning was ok but all 3 came back on wire hangers instead of the premium suit hangers they came in on. Had to spend just as much to replace the hangers as I did to have them cleaned so it ended up costing me double."

"I brought a 80 dollar shirt for dry cleaning. There were starch lines in front of the shirt. Also a missing expensive botton on front of the double breastfed western shirt. I went in to discuss this with the owner while dropping off another shirt. We was very rude and short with me saying she didn't quanantee buttons. She said it was in the fine print on back of the receipt. Who reads that and it certainly didn't have my signature on it. I took this expensive shirt for special care and now it is ruined. Don't trust these people it is cheap for a reason. I have been a customer for 8 years!! THEN she refused to clean my other shirt."
