"1. Tech came to house 2. Tech made a overpriced offer then offered to do the basic cleaning but warned it wouldn't do much. I decided to wait 3. Few days later Company received my request and booked a basic cleaning 4. Tech texted and pushed for a unnecessary overpriced cleaning and refused to follow up on before offered options These are the facts. In short they have no integrity and will try and scare you into overpriced options. Always cross reference with other companies"

"I would NOT recommend Mr. Pro Services or their sister company AR Chimney Pros for chimney crown repair. Their work is over priced and sloppy. When questioned about the quality of work done, their unethical and unprofessional nature came out. They have shown to have little integrity and are a disservice to this field of work. Save your money, time and peace of mind and go with another chimney company. I called Mr. Pro Services on 1/8/24 re: my chimney crown. I was scheduled for inspection on 1/10/24. When the technician showed up they were from AR Chimney Pros. The chimney crown inspection took place and multiple pictures were provided of the condition of my chimney crown. I agreed to repair and was extremely disappointed with the sloppy job (picture attached). I called and emailed Mr. Pro Services same day of work to voice my concerns. On 1/11/24 I spoke with the technician, Ron, who did the work and he was extremely unprofessional and condescending. I then received a call from GM, Ron Cymble (sp?), who would not directly respond to any of my questions/concerns, stated it was only a cosmetic concern but eventually agreed to send a lead technician out to cleanup the work done. On 1/12/24 a “lead” technician showed up, Ben. He took a few closeup pictures of the work done, said the crown was at least sealed and didn’t need to do the agreed upon work. Mr. Pro Services and AR Chimney Pros, since you stand behind the work done, I challenge you to post the before and after pictures to your websites so potential customers can see the work you provide."

"During the estimate conversation I specifically asked about repairing the top layer of bricks since I did not see that mentioned in the estimate. I was assured that that patching would be done though he did not write it in the estimate and that "It will look amazing" when he is done. The two end photos are their "after" photos attached to the invoice. The middle one was taken by us the next morning. The company does not feel they should repair those bricks since it was not in the invoice. The photos speak for themselves."
