"I called Lucky Duct because our dryer (brand new) wasn’t drying our clothes and I thought our duct might need cleaning. Turns out it was the outside vent that was clogged. We just moved in to a rental unit and I wasn’t aware of that vent. Andrew saw it and immediately cleared it out and could feel the hot air coming out. Within five minutes everything was back in order and he didn’t even charge me for the service. I will definitely be calling him out again in the future if I have any furnace related issues. I’ll keep the vent cleared myself from now on though haha"

"Im reviewing a lucky duct driver- not the company itself or any services- I pulled into johnston off 6th to drop off an old furnace and other large items, and had to carry/drag them to the proper dumpster because this truck and driver were parked right in front of the dumpster. The driver was in the truck on his phone. May I recommend asking him in the future to move and park anywhere in the empty parking lot when he’s finished unloading and have a little respect/common courtesy. UPDATE- funny how this “business” owner has ZERO acceptance, and trys to degrade others- I have reviewed his reviews and he seldom wrote a positive review and any negative reviews he received he attacks the person, probably to try to make up for some ignorant problem he has. ZERO professionalism here people. He wrote a negative review on another company that I reviewed, and LIED about them- he wrote that they were writing false reviews of other companies, because I wrote about him negatively. The other company has NOTHING to do with my review- so therefore this sad company is in fact the one who is falsely reviewing other businesses. What a hypocrite! Would you really want someone like this working for you?!? Who wouldn’t be able to accept a little constructive criticism? But instead throws a fit and is juvenile in pointing out anything possible with what is wrong with you? Isn’t that what children do? Grow up."
