"I scheduled an oil change, and I'm from out of town. Process was easy and just took me an hour for the whole visit, including a minor repair of my tono cover that got jammed. I was immediately greeted by the staff and directed service area. Waiting room/lobby was clean."

"Sales staff is great as well as the parts people. So why am I only able to give two stars. The service department. More than once I have scheduled appointments just to have them not really care about what was agreed upon. Most recently I made an appointment, two weeks in advance, for some things to be done on my new pickup that would have been great with my work schedule. Calling two days before to make sure it was a go they said yes. Great! An hour later they called back saying never mind they can't fit me in. So now I get to try and find a day at work that I can be without my pickup again. Remember this isn't the first incident. I'm so glad that I'm a valued customer( add sarcasm). It would be great if they kept appointments that they scheduled. If you need service in the Wray area check with some of the other great shops first. It might save you the headache"
