"MA is an excellent choice in a district where you really can’t go wrong! Each school has its own personality. MA has high standards for effort and behavior and pushes kids to do their best. They differentiate learning for kids at all levels. The staff and leadership are excellent. They care so deeply about the kids. My kids are very happy there!"
"We love MA. Our son is in Preschool here and absolutely loves it and his teacher. He’s excelled so much since being here and is always eager to go!"
"too strict. my son got dress coded for wearing YELLOW SOCKS. They are just socks"
"It is a really great school for student k-6th grade but 7th and 8th grade they are giving SO much homework a bunch of kids are staying up till 11, 12, or even 1 trying to get it all done and study for test also the dress code is REDICULUS every one really hates it we all feel like they should really loosen up on it because kids learn better in their own clothes and not uniforms."
"Schedule is challenging unless you're a stay at home parent with the sole requirement of getting the kids to and from school. Preschool starts at one time and then middle school at another so you'll need to sit in the car for 45 mins after dropping preschool off while you wait for middle school to start. Same for pick up. That's a wasted 1.5 hours everyday or 7.5 hours a week or a whopping 337.5 hours each school year. The teachers are great and the uniforms and structure is what schooling should be. Focus is education not the latest clothing trends or pop culture. Material is challenging as no one should be passed along under the guise of "no child left behind". Either you make the grade or it's a repeat-just like in adult life. No participation ribbons for just showing up. Common core is not taught-and that's a breath of fresh air. Critical thought process is developed. Hopefully the MA can address the issues with a significant amount of time wasted at drop off and pick up for those families who have kids in both grade school and middle school."
