Signature Window Washing

"Troy called us on a Wednesday to fix a window they had broke while cleaning it. We went to the property on Friday to get measurements. We didn't have the glass required, so I let the owner of business know that we would be out the following week after we order correct glass. We got our glass delivered on that following Tuesday (which I paid extra to rush). We went out the very next day (Wednesday) to fix the window. Once window was fixed, Troy thanked me and was happy. He told me to send invoice to office and they would take care of payment right away. We sent invoice on Friday and didn't hear anything. I contacted Troy on Saturday to make sure they did receive invoice. His exact words (CASSANDRA WILL TAKE CARE OF IT THIS WEEKEND) I sent our zelle info. Monday came and still nothing. I contacted Troy and he got upset, telling me that I was hard up for money. He said they have a way that they pay vendors and I would receive a check because they don't pay by Zelle or Venmo. He sent me a ton of text messages insulting me and my company (I HAVE ALL TEXT MESSAGES) He then gave me a bad review, which I didn't understand because I did him a favor and got it done in a few business days. Then he was happy that we got it done so quickly. He said we demanded payment (FALSE, AND I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES). He totally did a 180 after I asked him for payment. Anyway, the following Saturday we got a call from the office asking for our ZELLE information. We did get paid but had to take abuse before collecting payment."

"We hired this company to wash our windows, Ricky was the service Tech that did this he did a great job. We hired them to fix all our broken screens and if we were missing any to build screens for us. When they delivered the screens, The kid knocked on our door and said I will put them on from the outside, I told him 3 screens go on this room if you need assistance let me know. He gave me a dumb Look, When he left I realized he had not put one of the screens on the room I was standing in. We called the company. they accused us of trying to get a screen for free. Long story short, there Saturday morning manager was the most unprofessional I had ever dealt with. He basically Said our company does over 3000 screens a year and we never ever make a mistake, If you say we did you are trying to cheat us."

Never had our windows left so sparkling clean!!! A showcase works!!!!! Starting with a free visit to review the number of windows, panes and window screens and evaluate the work needed. Followed by a very detailed written estimate listing the pros and cons. A complete picture of what to expect the work to entail and the price thereof. Their price was extremely competitive, less expensive without sacrificing the quality of the work. For the exterior windows they used specific chemically included pressure treated water negating the need for the conventional squeegee. Their type of water used would evaporate and will leave sparkling clean exterior windows devoid of any water droplets and the inevitable streaks if squeegees were to be used. While, obviously, for the inside windows squeegees had to be used, the Squeaky-Clean Windows Master Engineers, well, as it says (did I coin a politically acceptable or nicer word for Window Cleaners :-) ?) were professionals. The young very experienced company associates, Carter and Jeremy, outperformed themselves. Not only were they superior with their work, but they also exuded extreme customer care and advocacy wile performing their duties. And after the work was done, the company followed up with a phone call to inquire about the quality of the work and our satisfaction. A company I certainly recommend!!!! And one we will definitely use next year. And, God Willing, the years to follow."
