"Continue to put creases in my new denim when I did not ask for that my first visit I ended up donating the jeans they ruined the crease was so permanent it removed the color so it was always visible after that visit The receipt they give back to you does not give you detail of what the customer requested the type of service"

"I have used them twice. I need a hip replacement and having a difficult time standing to do laundry and folding. The first time it was actually done beautifully within the day! The second time it was supposed to be done about 2 the next afternoon and they said to watch for a text. I didn’t get a text so called them the next morning. It turns out that my laundry was done but they had forgotten to send the text. They do a very nice job!"

Since we began using the fluff and fold service, laundry is not a dreaded task anymore. The service picks up our clothes on our front porch each on Tuesdays and returns them clean and folded on Thursdays. When I do see the drivers, they are friendly and professional.
