"I hired Craig to clean my house because we moved out. 3 kids and a dog so our carpet was pretty soiled. Craig made them look amazing! However, I got a call from our landlord saying that there were some pretty big stains and that sometimes they come up after you shampoo. I called Craig and no questions asked he was back over there within the hour!!!!! I highly recommend Craig! He was so friendly and honest about the few stains he knew would not come out! Annnnnd he's the best prices around!"
"The company cleaned another unit in our building. Before leaving, they intentionally vandalized our car, which was parked in our private space by breaking off the valve stem on the front right tire. A police report has been filed: Aspen Police Case # 16A000309. We will be suing for damages as soon as it is repaired. I spent two hours finding out who it was, talking to witnesses, change the tire, drive to Basalt to get it fixed. Total damage about $400-$500. DO NOT USE THAT KIND OF ANGRY PEOPLE. AJ in Aspen."
"We've had Craig clean our carpets and upholstery for well over 20 years, he's also taken care of severe water damage for our clients. It gets done right every time and we can always trust him to be gentle with our furniture and doorways. We have tried other companies to care for investment properties in the past but they always seem to wreck something. We only use Craig's for all of our cleaning as well as that of our clients."
