"My son has been going here for over a year. We love how much he is loved. He now just waves at me when I drop him off and is excited to go join his friends. Child care is very expensive everywhere, but here it is so worth it with all the activities they do, social interaction and balanced meals. We are very thankful that we found kid city and their wonderful staff."

"If you are looking for a fun, clean and loving daycare then look no further! I highly recommend this childcare center! They are always so welcoming and seem to really care for all the children in their care! It's so wonderful to see all the children enjoying the fun activities the teachers plan each day!"

"It’s honestly so sad. People come here bc they need help and the daycare is GETTING paid for it and they can’t even hold up to their word and take care of the kids. I went in for the tour and I really liked the lady who was giving the tour. But they’re horrible. They put my daughter aside to take in other kids. Don’t bring your kids here and listen to the reviews it’s so sad .You hear about daycares mistreating kids, and that’s why I was hesitant to bring my kids in to daycare especially if you’re of color. I just want to build a life for them and daycare if my only option and they’re already mistreating them before they even attend. It’s so sad. If your of color look for somewhere that they are safer and wanted. And I just got off the phone with the director I thought we were all on the same page but I guess they changed their mind and never let me know. It’s sad and i honestly think it’s racism at this point. Just trust your instinct. The director is super unprofessional and didn’t provide a solution.l, and it’s obviously for a reason. I wish everyone luck when it comes to their kids because they are innocent smh"

"I could not be more disappointed in this daycare, I would give 0 stars if possible. My nephew attended for a few months and on multiple occasions we had to request his nose gets wiped, although that seems like something a day care would know to do. They also sent him home in wet underwear with no attempt to offer to change his underwear or at least give us the extras we kept there. They require a uniform and charge a hefty amount for them. When we started care here about 6 months ago they said a uniform was necessary so we put in an order with them. 6 months later we finally got the uniforms and they charged us a late fee. I spoke with the director and she assured us she would take the late fee off and the next day ran our card for the late fee. They also sent my nephew home for minor behavioral issues you'd think a day care would be trained to handle, stating he "required too much one on one time." However 5 teachers were just sitting behind the desk at the front and one of the teachers children pushed my nephew to the ground with no repercussions. This day care is extremely clicky and is primarily focused on profits, not caring for children."

"Would give no stars if possible. My nephew attended this place. Every time he came home his nose was crusted and disgusting, they sent him home once with wet pants even though he has a change of clothes on site, and the final week/straw was when he was sent home for ‘bad behavior’ and when asked about it, we were told a teacher’s child was picking on him first but of course, no discipline was given to the other child and they got to stay at the daycare. And even better, when you don’t attend this place anymore they still charge your card lol."
