They took so much time with him and gave him lots of treats to make sure he was comfortable. They were both very thorough and answered all of our questions. So instead of getting them there for $112, took her back to Jefferson County Animal Shelter where her shot was free. Didn't get shots here, but will come back for anything else."

"What a nice surprise. I used VCA in my old city and figured it would just be easiest to come here since it was so close and the records could transfer easily. They were so nice and attentive to my almost 17 year old dog. They were excited to see a pup so old and we talked through how to know if it’s that time for her. (She came in for being sick) A few days later I get a nice card welcoming her to the clinic. A nice touch. I had Scheduled a wellness visit with my other senior pup. I show up and the vet tech told me my other pup is really up to date on everything and if I want to save $, we should reschedule to when she actually needs blood work/vaccines. I’ve never experienced this, and that really wow’d me. Customer for life."
