"The most excellent staff I have ever seen in any hospital. Their patience and ability to excel at pediatric emergency care is unmatched. They were so incredible with my daughter. Cori and Alex were exceptional and we could not be more thankful for everything they did."

"Children's hospital? = Children's money machine! For an simple allergy test, we have to pay $$ for the doctor's time, and on top of that, we have to pay the Children's hospital room and equipment fee. Really?! This hospital is build for children to use? NO! It is for children to pay when thy come in and sit in one of the rooms."

"Dr. Luebbert's office is one of the most unprofessional doctor's offices we've ever been to. We spent nearly a year getting a follow up appointment for our VERY autistic son (G) so we could have his meds adjusted. One of G's meds help with seizures and mood. Because he's 14, he's grown a lot in the last year since our last appointment. We noticed an increase in seizures and aggression and tried to make an appointment with Dr. Luebbert. Dr. Luebbert's reception staff LITERALLY laughed at us and told us to call back another day. So we did. And they laughed at us again. This went on for MONTHS and, as a result, G injured himself and others, including his parents and therapists. We were told we needed to call before 730 in the morning on a number of different days to see if there was a cancellation that day rather than the office having a cancellation list and calling parents on the list to get in on the cancelled appointment. Childrent's hospital is supposed to specialize in helping children, but, because of the severity of G's condition, he's on Medicaid and, it seems, that Childrens only alots a limited number of hours to Medicaid patients because they just aren't profitable enough for those patients to be worth their time. Children's hospital has seemingly gone out of their way to make the lives of parents of children with disabilities harder than they already are. After talking to another doctor from another facility who is FAR more compitent than Dr. Luebbert, the other doctor has taken over G's medication in question until we can get in to see a real doctor in Denver in a couple of months. The new doctor's office has a respectful, curteous staff that books appointments more than 30 days in advance AND they have a cancellation list. Our family will never visit Children's again and will will advise other families to avoid them at all costs. Would have given less than 1 star if Google allowed it."

"Extremely friendly staff! The lady at check in was super sweet. Dr. Harrison saw my son who is 8 months old and he was kind, patient, and professional even with my 3yo being extremely loud and active. Michelle and Diane were two out of the 3 nurses I had I feel so bad that I can't remember the 3rd gals name but she just started with the office. All 3 nurses were amazing. Diane took the edge off my visit by doing her darndest to keep my 3yo occupied so I could answer the other nurses questions. Diane took him to get goldfish and leggos and just that small thing was more helpful than she realized!!! Thanks for being such an amazing team and creating an amazing experience for me and my sons!!!"
