"Started off really great, super cool amenities, roof top lounge and pool club house. The units are really nice and big. However - there is a GROWING encampment right out back! I have found residue of meth multiple times so there’s that. There have been times where the homeless people have gotten inside the building. The garage doors also never work, so there has been instances of vandalism and theft in the garage, and people’s windows getting broken on the first floor. Such a shame because this building is so nice but in just a very unsafe spot due to homelessness."
"A small, cute park, relatively well maintained, offering some indoor and outdoor art. If you are in the area, walk by the river or take a 2 min walk to the Reunion bakery in the source building."
"Find Alto Gallery at Art Park. They feature artists from all walks of the Denver Art World with a focus on building community. In addition to their gallery, check out their collection of affordable prints for unique gifts and stationary."
"RiNo Art Park by the South Platte River trail is an open-air gallery, showcasing colorful and creative sculptures and installations from local artists. It's a cute place to visit if you're looking to take a break from the city's hustle and bustle and enjoy some art in a natural setting. However, during my visit, I noticed that the park felt somewhat disconnected from RiNo's bustling urban life because this area is isolated from RiNo by the train tracks. Additionally, I observed some homeless people loitering around one of the installations, which was a bit unsettling."
"I went here on recommendations of the Meow Wolf website. It’s an artsy park in an artsy area of the city. A cool public library branch is right there for bathrooms and exploring. It’s not much but It enjoyed my late March visit to the park and surrounding area."
