"DO NOT COME HERE, It will be an administrative and physical nightmare. The healthcare workers do not know who I am every time, do not know my insurance, do not know my order, after awhile some healthcare workers will finally tell me I'm supposed to be there... I have social anxiety and this is terrible for me as I felt like an imposter even though I am supposed to be there. I finally was able to get my blood drawn, but the health care worker needed three attempts before they were able to get it, my arms are now bruised. I left crying. They did the wrong test on me, so I needed to come back and they needed to prick me at least eight times before they got the sample they needed. So much pain and bruising. They just called today to tell me they lost one of the vials of my blood and I need to come back for a third time for the same test. My arms are covered in bruises from them and I'm about to receive more because they are incompetent. I am so over the pain of bad administration and physical pain of this place, never come here for any reason ever."

"The lady technician I worked with was extremely good at drawing my blood. I've given blood many times over the past 50 years and this was by far my best experience. She hit a vein the first time and didn't even leave a bruise. It usually take multiple attempts to find a vein, changing arms, hands etc... I've even had 3 - 4 multiple nurses / lab techs attempt at one location. I'm used to this experience so being poked a dozen or more time for a blood test is kind of an accepted routine. I even encouraged this lady not to get discouraged if she couldn't find a vein... but she found it on the first try! Pretty amazing."
