"I cannot speak to the actual blood draw process, but the phlebotomist pulled me back before my appt time. While confirming my information, she informed me that Quest Diagnostics was out-of-network with my insurance; she saved me a huge, thousands-of-dollars, headache. I confirmed with my insurance that Quest is out-of-network. Though a huge inconvenience (my doctor's office sent my orders to Quest, without questioning insurance), I'm grateful that the phlebotomist was informative and aware."

"The staff was very friendly. Check in was efficient. It was easy to make an appointment on line."

"Heaven forbid you don't have an appointment and walk into a completely empty waiting room near the end of the day. The woman working there today was extremely rude and treated me like a huge inconvenience for showing up when they were still open. I hope someone at Quest learns how she basically kicks people out without helping them so she can leave work early. Unacceptable."

"I should have listed to my gut and just gone to my usual location in Aurora. Was trying to make things convenient by getting labs on the way to work but that was a mistake. There was a lot of samples that were needed. The tech was having trouble getting a vein. Not her fault I have small veins. She reached her limit of pokes. She told me to go drink a bunch of water and come back later the same day or tomorrow morning. So I did, I returned that afternoon on my way home. Her coworker took over and was clearly highly irritated I was advised to come back the same day. Her irritation greatly increased as the labels were printing and how much sample was going to need obtained. After she "sorted" the labels (*side note in the end there should have been 18 samples taken, this location stated 10) she came over and said "I'm only trying this once but you shouldn't have come back", I told her "no", and advised it was clear she was highly agitated so she wouldn't be trying again all and I'd come back another day. Wasn't trying to be offensive, but her overall attitude with her unprofessional nature being portrayed from it, there was no way I was going to let her continue. In the end I went to the location I should have gone to from the start. One stick no issues. Larger number of samples needed as well, as noted, the Littleton location was incorrect. Additionally, It's clear the gals at the Littleton location need a bit more training, one in particular needs training in professionalism as well. Super unfortunate."

"Rude provider, automated check in actually made it more tedious and I was chastised about "using wrong name" due to automated check in (for my child and the provider assumed it was for me despite clicking on my child's name at check in kiosk). Obviously they attempt to be more efficient through automation, but it is ineffective. My child reported it also being the most painful blood draw they have had. Overall poor experience and will be avoiding this place going forward."
