"It’s been a long time since I’ve received this level of customer service! From the moment we walked in we were greeted so we knew exactly where to go. The receptionist thoroughly explained the check-in process and roughly how long the wait would be without an appt. She was so friendly! The x-ray technician was so kind and friendly to my little one that she really put him at ease as he was nervous never having had an x-ray done. She gave him clear instructions and prepared him for what she was going to do and the noises he would hear and the slight pain he might feel. She calmed his nerves so well! We were there a total of maybe 30 min! Excellent, excellent service!! Wish I remembered the names!!"

"Went to Touchstone Imaging for a CT scan, yesterday. I was totally impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the receptionists and the technician who performed the scan! Every step of the procedure was explained to me, and the level of competence of skill and the concern for my comfort was of the highest level! I highly recommend Touchstone Imaging!"

"Recently went here to get an MRI they told me my results would be sent over to my doctor within 48 hours. It’s been over 48 hours and no results have been sent to my doctor. When I called to ask about my results the said that there is no timeframe for my results and they will send it over once it has been reviewed. I would think the scans are pretty immediate after the MRI why are they reviewing them that’s what I want my doctor to do not this place. Send the results to my doctor!!! Also don’t promise patients a 48 hr window if you can’t deliver on what was promised."

"The receptionist and tech were both very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. The procedure went smoothly and I had no issues including with scheduling or insurance authorizations and payment. My went probably as smooth as it could with an MRI and I like getting to choose the music I listen to."

"Nice, clean facility. Front desk lady and MRI Tech were both punctual and pleasant to deal with. MRI's are never fun, however this was an OK experience. Get some bigger chairs in your waiting area and this would have been 5 stars."
