"Rude, disrespectful staff. We went in to try some chairs for our home office and the staff lady was rude demanding what we were looking for when we wanted to check out a specific chair. There was a “tour” going on and so she showed us where to go for the chair we wanted to look at. She asked us to be respectful of the tour. We sat in two chairs to check the comfort level of it and she came by and was like “ what are your names, you can come back and schedule a tour” and we stated we weren’t interested in a tour and we will order online. She then said “so you’re going to leave or what”. I stated “clearly” and left. There was no indication of tours being required in order to shop not did she have any customer service skills nor politeness. Rude and pretentious."

Went by hoping to try out some Steelcase chairs and maybe buy a used one but the door was locked and I was told they don't have preowned furniture and sales are by appointment only (a fact which I still cannot find on their website). Looked nice from the outside I guess?"
