CVCA Cardiac Care for Pets - Castle Rock

"I visited CVCA for the first time on March 13. Our previous cardiologist retired, and my primary veterinarian referred me to CVCA. My 14-year-old border collie mix and I had a terrific experience at CVCA with Dr. Kendra LaFauci and her team. With our previous cardiologist, I had to drop my pup off for her annual cardio and leave her for a few hours. At CVCA, I was able to be present for the procedure for the first time, and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to be there to help keep my pup calm and to view the results in real time (with spa music in the background!). Dr. LaFauci painstakingly explained what we were seeing on the screen and what we should watch for in the future. All of my questions were answered, and I received a detailed clinical summary via email later that day. This is a state-of-the-art facility with a great team of people who obviously care a great deal about their patients. I am grateful that we have an option like CVCA for our pets' cardiac care. Her kindness and down to earth disposition makes us feel comfortable as soon as we walk in the room. She has now seen three of my fur children and makes my family feel like we are the most important people and pets in the world when we are there.
