"Staples has some good pricing on office supplies. They are just a tad cheaper than Office Max/Depot. Employees are very helpful and courteous from my experience with them. Parking is another problem I just wish people would slow down!!! It seems folks are smoking that marijuana while driving!!!!"

"If I never have to step into this store, it’ll be too soon. In the printer area, there are paper scraps everywhere, it’s dusty, and looks ransacked. A lot of their machines are broken and the cherry on the top is the rude girl behind the counter. It’s one thing if there’s nothing you can do, but if you’re in the customer service industry and interrupt people in order to talk into them, you’re in the wrong business. I overheard her speak with another guest and she did the same thing. Stern, louder than him, and super disrespectful. I don’t own a printer, but i can buy one elsewhere just so that I don’t have to go back here."

That’s how many times I have had to leave the Office Depot/Office Max either empty-handed or unhappy, even feeling ill-served... and three times I’ve crossed Colorado Boulevard and tried Staples. And each time I’ve found what I wanted, and was treated respectfully, and was even impressed by how the clerks or staff-people went “the extra mile” for me, searching in the back for the item I requested. I have been a habitual shopper, going to Office Depot/Max due to familiarity. But now! The third time is the charm. I’ll go to Staples first from now on."
